Installation and Familiarization

The installation of your equipment will be performed through trained service technicians who will put your instrument into operation and also train the users regarding operation and maintenance of hardware and software. You want to relocate your instruments to a new laboratory, building or location? We will be glad to help and support you.

 

Telephone Support and Troubleshooting

In case you notice a problem with your analysis system during the measurement process, don't hesitate to contact our service department! In addition to the local service we offer an extensive telephone support for all service questions. In order to avoid making unnecessary service visits on-site, we will try to fix your problem by an intensive troubleshooting.

Repair and Maintenance

If an on-site service visit is necessary, we always try to keep your waiting times as short as possible. In order to achieve this, we have built up an extensive service network. All on-site repairs and tests will be documented in an instrument log book. Our services are not limited to new equipment. We also repair your existing analysis systems or assist with the commissioning of an instrument which is temporarily shut down. Spare parts and consumables of our products can be ordered directly from JAS. The common spare parts are available from stock, which allows us to respond quickly to urgent service requests - simply ask us.
