A fast and versatile solution for the complete analysis of refinery gas

This JAS analyzer combines high speed with high accuracy thus achieving high efficiency and high sample throughput.

The JAS Mach-RGA identifies hydrocarbons including C5 (C6 and higher will be shown as a composite peak) and all permanent gases (H₂, O₂, N₂, CH₄, CO and CO₂) within less than 5 minutes (including H₂S increases the analysis time to 7 minutes).

An essential part of the Mach-RGA is the JAS Report Generator Software. With this software the physical gas properties (among others mol%, vol%, density) and the calorific value can be calculated automatically after each analysis. The printout of corresponding reports can be edited individually.

The JAS Mach-RGA complies with the ASTM norms D 1946 and D 2163 as well as UOP 539 and DIN 51666.

Furthermore the Mach-RGA can be upgraded for the analysis of LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) and traces of CO/CO₂. In addition an automated gas sampling unit (GICU) can be connected.
