Two Column Interface for GC-MSD
TCI for MSD
The Mass Spectrometer Detector (MSD) is a unique GC detector because it operates in a vacuum. Unlike conventional GC detectors and differentially pumped mass spectrometers, changing the GC column on an MSD usually requires shut down of the system, this procedure allows the unit to cool down and vent. After column installation, pump down procedure is started, which takes approximately four hours before the MSD is in a stable vacuum and ready for analysis.
With the jas Two Column Interface you can totally eliminate these time consuming processes.
